With over 25 years experience in the building industry and 15 years experience installing kitchens and bathrooms, Marc Lewis Property Services specializes in installing all brands of bathrooms and kitchens. Work covered includes plumbing, electrics, floor and wall tiling and carpentry. In addition we also specialize in the installation of LightwaveRF Home Automation products.

Pricing

For larger projects, the free estimate comes in the form of a spreadsheet. Everything is itemised, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

For small works with some examples below.

Plumbing - We charge £25 per hour with a minimum of £50 plus materials.

Carpentry - We charge £20 per hour with a minimum of £40 plus materials.

Skilled labouring - We charge £15 per hour with a minimum of £30 plus materials.
